Time to Prioritize Your To Do List!
You all, my To Do list is out of control. As fast as I can think of things I need to do, I list them. Soon, I’m onto a 2nd column or even worse, a 2nd page. I end up with pages and pages that get shoved here and there or, in my attempt at organization, get crammed in a notebook. Within a month, I have a mess.

Having a full time day job often keeps me from completing my never-ending blogging ‘to do’s’. I can piddle around for hours on this and that and end up skipping the tasks I deem too hard or too time consuming. A false pride fills me as I cross off the tiny things on my list and pretend I’m getting so much done. At the end of the day, I move all the ‘big’ items on to the next day’s list.
I finally decided that in order to truly spend my time doing the tasks that will help my blog grow in the way I want, I needed to make a priority to do list. This list is separate from the daily little things. Instead, it’s limited to the top 5 things I need to accomplish for the day…the things that most will help me reach my goals such as tasks to grow traffic, create content, earn money.
When I created my priority to do list, I knew I wanted to be able to see many days at a glance. This helps me see what I’ve accomplished which motivates and encourages me. I ended up fitting 15 days on a page, so I can pretty much get a month on one sheet when I use front and back (not counting that random day on the long months).
I love it so much I decided to share it with you!
With this printout, you can see, at a glance, your absolute top priorities that need to get done for the day, plus you can look back over 15 days worth (and the next 15 days on the flip side depending on how you print it) and see all you’ve accomplished. So motivating!
Grab it if you can use it. This sheet has made a difference for me so far as I strive to focus on the tasks that will most help my business. I made a plan to NOT head to my small task list until my Top 5 for each day are complete.
