Create Reader Surveys FREE in Google Forms
One of the most important things you can do for your blog is to find out what your readers would like to know or learn. Creating reader surveys helps you do this.

When you want to create an online survey and collect results directly into a spreadsheet, Google Forms (and Sheets) are the way to go. Google Forms comes as a part of the Google applications and will allow you to create free and simple to use web forms. You can tie (again…simply…they are so easy to create and use!) the forms to a Google sheet in order to track results.
I use Google Forms to survey my blog readers, and I also use Forms to create registration forms for weekend retreats I run through my faith blog. I love using them because there’s no software to download and collecting the data is seamless.
It’s also very easy to link to them from my blog or even embed them on a blog page. Oh, and also…did I mention already (a million times?)…they’re FREE! I just can’t stress that enough!

So what do you think? Not too difficult right? And sure, there are other survey programs out there, but Google makes it easy. Since I use Google for so many other things, I love to be able to stick with them for my form creations, too. That way, I don’t have to log in to a separate website but can stay where I’m already logged in.
